DR. KENTIA JEAN-CHARLES

Dr. Kentia Jean-Charles was born on a small island in the Caribbean called Haiti. Her passion to become a doctor began at a very young age. She completed her Pre-Med studies at NYIT in Old Westbury receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Science. Then, she enrolled at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY graduating in 2007 with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Jean-Charles currently practices in Lynbrook NY, transforming as many lives as possible through Chiropractic. She possesses a great amount of experience within the health industry, especially in the fields of auto injury, sports injury, pediatric and more.

Dr. Jean-Charles lives on Long Island with her husband and their two sons.

ALEKSEY MILIN

Licensed Acupuncturist (LAC.)
Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM)

Aleksey Milin was born in Russia where he attended Far East State University where he graduated with a MS degree in Biology with honors. He then completed his research at the Far East Scientific Cener toward his PhD in Physiology.

When he came to the USA he completed courses at Long Island University before attending graduate school at the New York College of Health Professions.

In 2004 Aleksey Milin received his degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Aleksey Milin started his practice as an acupuncturist in New York in 2005 in Lynbrook, NY.

Since 2009, Aleksey Milin started working in the Upper East Side Medical Center New York , NY.

In 2012 Aleksey Milin started working at the Walk in Medical Center in Valley Stream, NY where he gained experience working with patients primarily involved in automobile accidents with their recovery and pain management.

He has been working full time as an acupuncturist for the past ten years and also has experience in oriental medicine from a holistic perspective.

ANTHONY JOY CAMACHO

Physical Therapist

Anthony Joy Camacho, born in the Philippines. He received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, Philippines.

For over 15 years, he’s been practicing as a NYS Licensed Physical Therapist. His desire was to become a PT to help people overcome their disabilities. Anthony has had a significant number of experiences working in variety of settings including home care, hospitals, and outpatient rehabilitation. Anthony is now a member of Walkin Medical Center Rehab in Valley Stream for over a year which he says is fun, enjoyable and rewarding each passing day with the patients in order to achieve their maximal potential.

DR. LOUIS MACOLINO, DC

Dr. Louis Macolino, DC graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1995 and has been in private practice ever since. He has advanced training in Radiology and Pediatrics and has taken additional technique training in Sacro-Occipital Technique, CranialSacral Therapy and Fulford Fascial work. In his free time Dr. Macolino enjoys playing Golf, Mountain Biking and playing the Banjo.

BILLY HANS FORD, MD

Dr. Ford completed his undergraduate degree at Princeton University. He received an MD degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
Following his internship at the Montefiore Medical Center, he received training in Ambulatory Anesthesia at the Massachusetts General Hospital, before completing his residency at the Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Subsequently, he completed fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesia, and then in Pain Management. Dr. Ford is Board Certified in Anesthesiology.

His career has included Academic appointments at SUNY Downstate Medical Center as Pediatric Anesthesiologist and he served as Director of Anesthesia at the St. Barnabas Medical Center, in Bronx, NY. Dr. Ford provided Office-Based Anesthesia Services as Pain Management services as President and Medical Director of Ultimate Anesthesia PLLC. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, and The New York State Pain Society.

Dr. Ford has a deep passion for teaching and preparing the next generation of Anesthesiologists. He has served as a coach and mentor, assisting board-eligible physicians in their preparations for the certification exam of the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Humanitarian outreach is a core principle to Dr. Ford. He spent two weeks in Kenya with Operation Smile, providing anesthesia services to primary children who required cleft lip and cleft palate repairs. When Haiti was devastated with the earthquake it was very difficult to just sit and watch events on the news. With the sponsorship of Partners in Health Organization, Dr. Ford was able to reach Haiti and was immediately called to duty.

The conditions in Haiti were not optimal for providing health services as all needed resources were not always readily available. Most of the Anesthesia services were done under nerve blocks or local anesthesia with sedation because there was a limited supply of oxygen. He recalls most of the anesthetics he delivered were given for burns, amputations, and orthopedic fractures. He was most impressed with the faith and the religiosity of the people who faced such tremendous loss and adversity. “This experience was heartfelt; gratifying; emotionally and physically taxing; one that will remain close to the heart.
